STEVEN A GRIFFITHS

First and foremost Steven is a musician. Playing in bands since he was 12 years old he's toured the world supporting artists as diverse as Biffy Clyro and the 1975 and played shows and festivals in over 20 countries. He made some records, released some records and toured the hell out of them. Now, having returned to his native Manchester, Steven's focussing on the next chapter of his career as a producer, mixer and songwriter.

A studio stalwart he's recorded all over the UK and recently set up his own space, Dead Door Studios 20 minutes away from Manchester City Centre. A relative newcomer to the city's production scene, Steven's fully focussed on artist development. Lately he's been producing, mixing and co-writing with alternative popstar, Bad Kid, mixing for New York's Mothica and making records with Manchester's Iben. In 2019 he mixed Editors’ collaboration album the Blanck Mass Recordings. Currently he's producing tracks for Manchester's Kashmere and on additional production and mix duties for AWAL's Millie Turner.
